Good morning Mr. Fields,

The reaction by your people to a serious amount of water damage at our home over the winter was remarkable! These are real "take charge" people whose efforts and their quick response helped minimize the damage done.

My wife and I were leaving for a three week vacation the morning after the water damage was discovered. We considered cancelling the trip, but after taking to Tyson Murray and receiving his assurances that he had the situation well under control, we decided to leave it up to Tyson and RestorePro. Thankfully for us this was a good choice.

On our return Tyson scheduled a meeting with Mr. Bill FouItz, the adjuster for Cincinnati Insurance, to discuss the various aspects of the damage and to make several common sense suggestions of how to proceed with the repairs. Mr. Murray pointed out both major and minor damage throughout the whole house. A very through analysis!

We had previous animal damage in our great room that Tyson pointed out to the adjuster and proposed repairing it at the same time as repair was being done from the water damage. This suggestion turned out to be a real godsend as the raccoons has chewed the insulation off the wiring creating a real potential for fire!

Your choice of subs was also great as they all did a first class of putting our house back together (they also showed a great deal of patience when changes were made on paint color or tile selection).
