Dear Mr. Fields:
I had to write to tell you what a wonderful experience it was dealing with your company after my basement was flooded last week with three feet of water. From my fIrst contact with your company, every single employee I encountered was just outstanding. Jillian was so sweet, and I could hear the compassion in her voice as she collected the needed information from me over the phone. In the midst of this crisis, that was exactly what I needed to hear.
Then your crew arrived at my home-at the specifIed time-and they, too, were excellent. Steve and AI were true professionals, very knowledgeable, and so kind. While I would have preferred not to have gone through the experience of having a flooded basement, RestorePro has certainly turned this negative into a positive. Thank you for being there!
I wish everyone could know that when disaster strikes, they can't do any better than to have RestorePro on the job. Your stellar customer service, high quality performance, empathy, and re-assuring tone set you apart from all the rest.
Gratefullly,
Genevieve Qkran
