We want to take this means of complimenting and thanking you and your operations for their efforts in alleviating the problems resulting from the water leak we experienced in our bathroom on August 22, 2006. Your representatives responded expeditiously to our call for assistance with initiated immediate action to effect dry up and clean up operations. Unfortunately, problems occurred in the initial effort to restore the ceiling which resulted in the need to replace the wallpaper in the kitchen but you did not question the need for this action. Again, unfortunately, it was difficult, on our part, to find suitable replacement for the paper that was in the room but you were willing to wait until a selection was found and finally located. Upon notification that a selection had been made, your people were made available to complete the restoration which is now done. We want to praise the efforts of your people to satisfy us with the quality in all phases of their work and a special praise for your paper installer, Lou Ann Velliguette for the quality job she did in hanging the paper.

It is suffice to say, that we would be very receptive to recommending RestorePro to anyone experiencing problems similar to that experienced by us.
