Just
a quick note to thank Restorepro for the work they performed
at our summer cottage in Lakeside/ Marblehead, Ohio after a frozen
water pipe had leaked some 59,000 gallons of water into the property.
I was informed of the problem after the water company had read
my meter in February, 2004 and shut off my supply. We were vacationing
in Florida at the time of the incident and were helpless to intervene.
The plumber we normally call recommended Restorepro to solve our
problem.
Their work was done on an emergency basis as the inside of
our cottage was saturated with water and the consequences of the damage it can
cause. They stayed in continuous
contact with us in Florida until the drying out process was completed. They also
worked with our insurance company and provided a detailed billing for them of
all work performed. Upon our return, they met with my wife and me to go over
the bill which was submitted to the insurance carrier for payment.
The reconstruction side of their company then prepared a detailed
billing estimate of what needed to be done to return our property to its pre-incident
condition.
We were pleased with their service and work. They really provided
us some comfort in solving a difficult situation while we were some 1,000 miles
away from the
scene. My thanks to Nick and his team who made this stressful situation easier
to handle.

I’m
writing this letter with great pleasure to inform you of your
fine service during my recent water damage
incident. Had it not been for the fast action of your company,
this incident could have easily been what I would call “A
Disaster!” Twenty minutes after the initial phone call, your
service technician was on the scene extracting water.
He then called for a crew, which showed up within minutes and worked
tirelessly for the next couple of hours. Over the next few weeks,
their exemplary work and fine attention to detail was like nothing
else I’ve ever witnessed.
I really appreciated the fact that your staff intervened
with
Motorists Insurance and saved all that time and frustration that would have
been put upon me otherwise. I think the crew should
be highly commended for a job well done. Within the young workforce
nowadays, a crew like this is hard to come by.

The
reaction by your people to a serious amount of water damage
at our home over the winter was remarkable! These are real
'take charge' people whose efforts and their quick response
helped minimize the damage done.
My wife and I were leaving for a three week vacation the morning after the
water damage was discovered. We considered cancelling the trip, but after talking
to Tyson Murray and receivinghis assurances that he had the situation well
under control, we decided to leave it up to Tyson and RestorePro. Thankfully,
for us this was a good choice.
On our return Tyson scheduled a meeting with our insurance
adjuster, to discuss the various aspects of the damage and to make several common
sense suggestions of how to proceed with the repairs. Mr. Murray pointed out
both major and minor damage throughout the whole house. A very thorough analysis!
We had previous animal damage in our great room that Tyson
pointed out to the adjuster and proposed repairing it at the same time as repair
was being done from the water damage. This suggestion turned out to be a real
godsend as the raccoons had chewed the insulation off the wiring, which created
a real potential for fire!
Tyson and his crew made the very best of an unpleasant experience
for us and made it seem like a simple repair job. We would enthusiastically recommend
