RestorePro was then called in to properly dry down the structure and to perform a mold abatement of six 1,500 sq ft units. Scope included removal of all structural drywall & flooring, HEPA cleaning of the HVAC system, structure and all contents.

Cleveland, OH

A metal roofing system resulted in water intrusion causing microbial activity throughout.. Scope for abatement included the removal of drywall, all ceiling materials, and insulation. Also included the HEPA cleaning of all structural surfaces.

Subterranean Parking Garage - $131,000
Cincinnati, OH

Torrential rain caused flooding of the below-grade parking garage with 4 feet of water. Garage contained 100 storage units comprised of fully dry-walled ceiling and wood construction. Failure by others to properly dry the structure caused massive microbial activity in the two 60'x300' structures. The scope included removal of all structural materials and the bio wash of the concrete and metal structures remaining.

Several sewage backflows resulted in microbial activity in the 2500sf basement. The scope called for removal of drywall and other structural materials, including HEPA cleaning of the basement, HVAC systems, and the 4500sf living area .

Ottawa County, OH

A broken washer line caused water intrusion over 80% of the cottage. Scope included removal of all flooring and textiles, base kitchen cabinets, removal of the first 4' of drywall throughout the affected area.

Single Family Home - 3500sq ft - $58,500
Huron, OH

Improperly installed EIFS exterior system caused prolonged water intrusion into wall cavities of home causing substantial mold contamination throughout the exterior walls. Under the direction of an IH, portions of the home were contained, demolition completed and meticulous cleaning was performed, passing clearance by the IH on the first tests.
