Our approach to providing professional services has always been to employ the best people available and to invest heavily in specialized training for these employees. This ensures that RestorePro brings skill, knowledge, expertise, efficiency, trustworthiness, and integrity to each and every process of your project. After 9 years in business, we continue to invest, on an almost weekly basis, in specialized training, including the internationally renowned IICRC program (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification), as well as ASCR (Association of Specialists in Cleaning and Restoration). We have also implemented the highly respected Vortex Structural Drying process, which was pioneered in the last several years and quickly adopted by RestorePro because of its unique ability to provide fast, efficient structural drying with minimal structural removal in clean water losses. Even with the daily challenges of keeping customers, employees, and insurance companies pleased with our service, we continue to focus on the Customer Service Circle. Our ultimate goal lies in creating Cheerleaders, which are customers so thrilled with RestorePro that they cheer and rave to others about the great service they received. We strive to maintain this mutually beneficial relationship with every customer we have. One key feature utilized to increase communication is the option to enter the Job Processing Program (JPP) online. This is a direct internet link to each project we are currently working on. As an insured, an agent, or an adjuster, you can log onto the JPP website and view any job that has your name attached to it. This includes viewing (and printing) all documentation and photos of the project, as well as adding comments in the file notes and sending emails to the RestorePro Project Manager.
