Structural Drying - New Technology Lunch & Learn

One hour class - presented at no charge in agency offices to groups as small as 4 or 5 agents.

Topic # 40287: The basics of Fire Restoration and the expected basic skills and training you should expect from a Restoration Contractor. Presentation will briefly discuss: Nature and types of fires and smoke, deodorization, inventory & pack-out, certifications and skills.

Topic # 41221: The basics of structural drying and the new technology to minimize the disruption and minimize the damage for the policyholder. Acting quickly to prevent secondary damage and reduce the potential for Mold and other IAQ concerns.

Topic # 43701 The basics of Personal Contents inventory, evaluation, pack out and restoration. Helps the agent/adjuster with a better understanding of the process, why it is important. Discussion on ACV, RCV, whether contents should be restored and at what cost.

Please note: These are one hour classes on the basics, and are generally provided at no charge along with a free breakfast or lunch - at the agency office. Classes are fast-paced and enable the agent to respond accurately to his policyholder, reducing claim costs and disruption of the occupants.
